盧詩韻
　　於1998年取得義大利國立米蘭藝術學院舞台設計碩士（L’ Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera di Milano, Italia），2003年獲教育部公費留學，2008年畢業於英國里茲大學設計學院設計與藝術博士（University of Leeds, PhD, School of Design, U.K）; 其創作形式非常多元，包括多項表演藝術之舞台與服裝展演設計經驗，以及當代新媒體藝術創作發表。近年結合其跨領域專長，作品形式涵蓋錄像、互動藝術、當代場域藝術結合新媒體術的作品發表，近年並將電子織物、舞者與互動劇場藝術結合，創作中展現其觀念藝術之當代劇場性影音空間展演形式。
　　創作者於義大利與英國有多項創作發表，其中包括: 參與「探究城市藝術當代藝術家與公眾的對話（里茲城市巴士網路裝置藝術計劃）」，里茲城市藝術節，Situation Leeds: Contemporary Artists and the Public Realm 0, A Virtual Live Free City Bus Net Art and Performing Art Project, 並獲國家文藝基金會: 95年度科技藝術創作發表獲捕（未來屋托邦城市日誌 網路裝置藝術計劃）Virtual Urban Utopia Diary Net Art, Performing Art and Tec Art Project，第三屆國家文化藝術基金會 科技藝術創作發表專案 | Beyond a Dialogue The 3rd NCAF Techno Art Creation Project。現任於國立台中教育大學數位內容科技學系暨研究所專任副教授。

臺中傳統產業文化逐漸式微，富有情感的技藝以及產業與在地的歷史記憶連結，隨著時間流逝與新興科技的發展，許多匠工、職人獨特的技藝，面臨失傳的困境，當地傳統產業被新興技術取代，文化與歷史記憶被新世代忽視。

讓旅人認識最在地歷史

　　本計劃以探勘尋訪職人，紀錄臺中即將消失的產業；並構組職人文化網絡平臺，以「體驗式的知性旅遊」和「懷舊產業的文化觀光」的素養條件為基礎，將深度旅遊、行動導覽以互動化來進行文化旅遊的加值設計，使得具有特色的文創場域、歷史場域與傳統產業發展能夠重新受到重視。傳統產業文化場域的現有人、事、時、地、物的組成要素，極具體驗型經濟的建構條件，匠工、職人的薪傳與「文化資產」之活化運用，賦予了新的文化面貌及時代之積極角色。

　　於本計劃之「尋百工」深度旅行中，徵求支持這些仍在堅持的職人的年輕人加入本團隊，思考如何以「傳統品牌再造」為主題，將舊有的文化資產融入新的思維，並使傳統的產業能夠在現今的社會中以新的面貌呈現，藉此完成臺中傳藝百工的轉型與產業型態的遺存。

故事鋪

　　文化在地化是人民對自身的在地認同的產物，人們在在地化的過程中思考自己與土地上的文化、教育、經濟、社會的關聯，使其共好、共存並永續發展。本計畫由國立台中教育大學盧詩韻副教授以「插畫美學之旅人敘事」為內容主軸；以在地繪旅紀錄為主，用插畫紀錄這些具有文化底蘊的最在地歷史，將故事擴展至投入點狀的公有及私有古蹟、歷史建築，以及面狀的聚落、文創園區、產業文化資產、眷村保存文化園區的文化資產維護，並將之轉換成獨一無二、充滿手感溫度的插畫旅遊誌，並將此圖鑑地圖匯整而成一「插畫旅行地圖」網頁。希冀透過網絡媒體之傳播方式，得以強化城市古蹟、老宅與社區、在地居民之故事性與互動性，藉此達到在地認同之思維與實踐。體驗的記憶將永恆的存在；藉由故事重新包裝一個地區的特色，這就是體驗經濟。藝術是一種溫柔的力量，也是在地認同最和平、深遠且寧靜影響下一代的重要方法。
